RETURN POLICY

Make a return

You may return any item purchased on ivilosangeles.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

Fill out the Return Form below. This will enable you to initiate your return request which will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. Within 1 business day of submitting a request you will receive your Return Authorization by email, which is required for us to process your return.

Once you have received your Return Authorization please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.

Our Customer Care team will provide additional instructions in the Return Authorization email to help you complete your return.

Special Situations

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our returns process please contact Customer Care.

Refunds*

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse is received, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. Once your return has been accepted, we will process your reimbursement and send you a Refund Confirmation email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not been refunded please contact your bank. If your bank is unable to locate your refund please contact Customer Care.

Late or missing refunds*

Gifts*

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Customer Care.

Shipping

Please refer to the steps listed above in order to do a proper return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
